Walk-In Purchase

1. Please fill up this form if you wish to arrange for a walk in purchase of textbooks and uniforms. Select a date first, then choose your timeslot. 

​​​​​​​For families with more than one child, a single booking is sufficient.
2. Due to the school policy, we will only be able to cater up to 30 pax per timeslot.
3. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We seek your understanding and cooperation.
